In this session you will: • Clarify your vision for birth • Solidify your knowledge around the physiology of birth • Understand labor management techniques (for you and your partner) • Unload fears/anxieties you may have and explore steps to release them • Create a clear birth map of informed decisions that honor you and your choices You will leave this session feeling inspired, excited, and equipped to keep hold of your power and remain in charge of your experience.

An “everything but the birth” offering. What you will receive: • Two 90-minute prenatal meetings for birth planning and preparation • Ongoing email and phone support, education and guidance during pregnancy • Birth plan pdf • Set of downloadable birth affirmations • One 1-hour postpartum visit to process your birth and address breastfeeding issues, if needed.

All of the skills, experience, knowledge, guidance, and resources we use with in-person clients are bundled up into an online setting. You will be guided toward a birth that allows you to feel safe, seen, supported, and empowered. Each journey is tailored to you and your needs, intuitively led, and highly personalized. Designed to get to know you - your dreams, fears, wants, needs, and desires. We’ll channel all of these to prepare you for an experience where you remain in the center of your experience, no matter how it unfolds. What you will receive: • Three 90 min virtual 1:1 doula sessions tailored to your wants & needs • One 90 min virtual 1:1 lactation education session • Text & email support • Birth Plan pdf • Set of downloadable birth affirmations •One 60 min birth debrief call with lactation support if needed.
