My name is Alyssa and I am a Birth, Fertility, and Adoption Doula based in Colorado proudly serving Denver and the greater metro area. Whether you’re preparing for an unmedicated birth, caesarean delivery, navigating fertility challenges, or exploring adoption, I’m here to offer the compassionate, personalized support you deserve. I am a doula who leads with heart, empathy, and lived experience. My experiences have deeply shaped the way I show up for my clients. Service introduction

I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based support for: Unmedicated and medicated births, Scheduled and surprise cesareans, hospital births, birth center deliveries and home births. I also offer infertility support and education - for families suffering with infertility and pregnancy loss and those undergoing fertility treatments. I offer support through adoptions journeys as well — for birth parents and adoptive families. I am here to support all birthing people, partners, and families — regardless of race, gender identity, sexuality, or economic background.

Packages
Birth Doula Package
1) Complementary consultation to see if we are a good fit for one another. 2) I offer 3 prenatal appointments where we will discuss further intentions and goals as well as practice exercises and comfort measures. These appointments include discussing your goals and fears. Practicing comfort measures and grounding techniques individualized to your needs. I will assist you in creating your birth plan and education on different techniques to cope with labor & delivery as well as common practices that take place during and after baby is born. 3) I offer one postpartum visit as a part of the package to check on you, your family and baby, assist with breast feeding and offer support in any way you need it. (Additional postpartum services are offered at an hourly rate).

Postpartum Care
I offer postpartum care at an hourly rate of $25/hour. I will visit you and your family in your home to provide emotional and physical support to assist in breastfeeding, household duties and infant care. I offer over night support as well for an hourly rate of $35/hour.

Fertility Support
These sessions are a safe, supportive space to talk through your fertility journey — wherever you are in the process. We'll explore what you’ve experienced so far, discuss coping strategies, and create space for a trauma-informed, evidence-based conversation around the emotional and physical impact of infertility. Please note: I am not a clinical care provider, and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, informed support, and compassionate presence through what can often feel like an isolating and overwhelming time. You don’t have to do this alone.
