Sacred Wildflower Birth 🦋 Hi friends! My name is Amanda- I am a natural-minded mama of 2 boys and a certified birth and postpartum Doula who is passionate about all things birth. My call is to support women through the sacred and transformative time that is pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Every mother deserves to feel loved, held and supported through every stage of motherhood. I am here to be your sister in birth. Outside the birth world, you can find me in my little vegetable garden, reading or baking with my boys. We love being outdoors any chance we get.

What is it like to work with me? Choosing who you allow in your birth space is such an intimate decision and I am honored to be chosen to be a part of your birth team. I want to make sure you feel fully comfortable and confident in the relationship we’ve built before your birth, where you will have my full support- My packages are designed to support this. I specialize in mindfulness and deep dive work. I believe the physical, mental and emotional work we do during pregnancy is just as important as the work we do during labor. We will be focusing on the foundation, which is to help you feel safe in your body to allow birth to unfold. I also believe in the power of combining education, information and your innate wisdom to step into your birth fully empowered and confident in your decisions. I will go through your birth plan with you and discuss your options so you feel informed in your choices. We will go through all the physical and mental coping measures that you can utilize to stay grounded during your birth experience. Being your Doula is a call to protect the sacredness of your space and support you in any way that you need and truly my greatest honor.
