Hello! My name is Amanda and I love helping new families find their groove. I am a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My focus is helping families navigate infant feeding- my goal is always to empower new parents to feel confident about their decisions around feeding and maternal and newborn care. My husband I have two girls that we adore! We spend our free time in the garden or skipping town to relax and play in Western North Carolina!

Service introduction
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I provide personalized support from pregnancy through the breastfeeding journey. I help families prepare for breastfeeding before baby arrives, offer in home visits for reassurance and troubleshooting, and provide guidance on pumping, milk supply, and returning to work. I have experience supporting premature infants, multiples, and a wide range of feeding challenges, helping families meet their breastfeeding goals with evidence-based, compassionate care.
