I’m a certified postpartum doula based in the Bay Area, supporting families during the early weeks after a baby arrives. My work focuses on creating a calm, steady presence in the home so parents can rest, recover, and build confidence as they get to know their baby. I provide practical newborn care, feeding support, and gentle guidance as families adjust to life with a new baby. I also support breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping, and help parents understand their baby’s cues, sleep patterns, and developmental needs. A core part of my work is education. I help parents learn the fundamentals of newborn care, from safe sleep and soothing techniques to feeding and daily routines, so they feel informed and empowered in their role. My approach is evidence-based and informed by early relational science and attachment. I believe the postpartum period is a foundational time for both parents and babies, and that responsive, attuned care helps support healthy development and family wellbeing. My goal is to offer thoughtful, respectful support that helps families feel more confident, rested, and connected as they begin this new chapter with their child.
