Nursery & Supply Audit
A 3-hour "Prepared Environment" session before the baby arrives.

Postpartum Meal Prep Intensive
A 3-hour daytime session focused exclusively on the mother’s nutrition.

Includes kitchen cleanup and grocery list planning for the following week.
Daytime Care
Minimum Shift: 4 hours.
Focus: Direct newborn care, maternal recovery support, and establishing daytime rhythms.
Includes: Montessori-inspired infant engagement, bottle/breastfeeding assistance, and "the other things" like light tidying, nursery organization, and nutritious meal prep.
Goal: To provide a proactive, professional presence that allows the home to run smoothly while you bond or rest.
Overnight Care
Minimum Shift: 8 hours (typically 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.).
Focus: Sleep recovery for parents and safe routine shaping for the newborn.
Includes: Monitoring baby throughout the night, diapering, expert soothing for colic or reflux, and ensuring all AAP safe sleep guidelines are followed.
Parent Benefit: If breastfeeding, I will bring the baby to you for feedings and then handle all burping, changing, and soothing so you can return to sleep immediately. If bottle-feeding, you can enjoy a full, uninterrupted 8 hours of rest.
Morning Reset: Includes sterilizing all bottles/pump parts and resetting the nursery before my shift ends.
