I’m committed to continued learning and supporting parents with knowledge and confidence. I help families establish healthy sleep foundations and work toward their sleep goals, creating a space where parents can rest, heal, and feel supported and cared for. My priority is always baby safety while honoring each family’s unique parenting philosophy. I’m also a Carrot-approved provider.
