About me

Hi, I’m Lara! Heres a little of my background story: I am a mom of two boys under 5 and a former postpartum and newborn care nurse. I worked as a nurse for 10 years (5yrs on a Labor & Delivery unit), caring for postpartum mothers and babies after delivery as well as newborns in the hospital nursery. After having my second child, I became a stay-at-home mom, and now I’m excited to use my experience to support other families during such an important season of life. I offer compassionate postpartum and newborn support to help new parents feel more rested, confident, and cared for during those first days and weeks at home. Whether you need an extra set of hands with your newborn, reassurance, help with feeding routines, bottles and baby care, light household help, or simply time to rest and recharge, my goal is to provide calm, dependable, judgment-free support tailored to your family’s needs.
