Hi there! Congratulations, expectant parent! I am a Certified Birth Doula & work in the Greater Boston area. I am passionate about providing access to birth support & am certified to take Mass Health members' insurance. I work with midwives in home birth settings; I work in hospitals in Boston, Framingham, Worcester, etc. This year, I was inducted into my college's Hall of Fame (sporty girl over here!) so I bring a physical strength alongside a deep serenity to all birth settings. I believe there is a sweet spot between kinetic intuition (let the person birth!!) & science therefore I arrive at this practice from this lens. I'm here to listen to what type of birth you're preparing for or beliefs you have as this is paramount to inform us (we're a team) & guide your birth in the most aligned & authentic way possible. When I am not on call, supporting pregnant people during prenatal visits, or nourishing folks during postpartum, I focus on building Earth Allies, my organic plant-based company that I founded in California. I am a mother to a two year old; I am in the process of adopting her out of the MA foster care system. May your pregnancy & birth be a positive one for YOU & your baby/babies.

A dedicated doula, passionate about supporting birthing people and families throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. With certification in Early Childhood Education and years of experience, I bring a comprehensive understanding of childbirth, parenting, and the perinatal process. I have had the privilege of helping numerous individuals and families navigate this transformative time, offering education, emotional support, and practical guidance to ensure they feel empowered and cared for. I offer holistic, gentle, and compassionate care, rooted in the belief that every individual deserves personalized support during this significant life transition. I live in southern New Hampshire with my husband, Ben, and our three children, Roman, Piper, and Winni, along with our two dogs and two cats. As a DONA International-workshop certified birth doula, I believe my role is to hold space for pregnant women with calmness, safety, and trust, guiding them through the sacred journey of childbirth. Like the ocean—my happy place—birth is a powerful, rhythmic force, and I am there to help women flow with its waves. By being fully present, I offer a steady hand, a listening ear, and a heart that honors each woman’s unique path. I use acupressure to ease pain and tension and breathing techniques to promote relaxation and strength, empowering women to trust their bodies and instincts. My experiences as a mother and grandmother teach me the depth of love and resilience in birth, while my 35-year marriage shows me the power of partnership—qualities I bring to support both mothers and their loved ones. Like tending my garden, I nurture a woman’s confidence, creating a safe space for her to bloom. Whether advocating for her wishes, soothing with a gentle touch, or guiding her breath to stay grounded, I ensure she feels heard and secure. My DONA training grounds my practice in compassionate, evidence-based care, helping every woman emerge from birth feeling empowered and proud, connected to her strength like the ocean’s endless tide.

Hi, I’m Gabriela. I’m a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with a heart for caring and a passion that began when I was just a child. I used to tear up every time I saw a newborn, without knowing that one day, supporting babies and their families would become my life’s purpose. Over the years, I turned that deep love into a career through professional training and hands-on experience, supporting over 35 families over the past 8 years. My experience includes working with preemies, twins, NICU graduates, and newborns with G-tubes. Whether it’s helping you and your baby get better sleep, offering guidance with feedings, or educating you on newborn and postpartum care, my goal is to support you with compassion and knowledge. Most of all, I want to be someone you can rely on during this precious—and sometimes overwhelming—time.

Plain and simple: I love all things pregnancy! After working in the music industry for nearly ten years, I experienced a deep and abrupt shift in my life trajectory upon becoming pregnant. Prior to my pregnancy, I had already declared my path of Maternal & Neonatal Health in my DrPH program, but experiencing the true miracle we call life confirmed that Maternal & Neonatal Health are in fact a huge part of my purpose, even so much so that I was willing to partially cut ties with the music business to fulfill this duty. That’s why and how I’m here for you today — I truly believe I was called to do this work. I’ve always had an interest in the unknowns of pregnancy. I was born with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia, and have lived my life with a star-shaped G-tube patch and midline incision scar that represent the intersectionality of pregnancy, what can go wrong and how we can fix it. And upon marrying my husband, a heart transplant recipient, I became even more enthralled by the specialty of disease prevention in infants. Many wonder why I took the DrPH path as opposed to a traditional MD degree, and the truth is that nothing I’ve ever done in my life was conventional. It is my belief that addressing Maternal & Neonatal Health issues from the standpoint of public health practice is not only effective, but is also fulfilling. As a public health practitioner, I address the risks and patterns of pregnancy complications as a population-wide problem. I’m not a medical doctor because I am not interested in treating these conditions: I am a public health doctor because I am committed to preventing them altogether.

My primary objective is to advocate for mindfulness and well-being among mothers, babies, and their families, supporting a smooth transition from pregnancy to the postpartum period.
