Courtney was an absolute lifeline during my earliest days at home with my baby. As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed, emotional, and exhausted, and her knowledge, calm presence, and genuine care brought me an incredible sense of comfort and confidence. She not only took exceptional care of my baby, but she also took care of me — answering questions, reassuring me, and helping me feel capable during a very vulnerable time. The support she provided in those early postpartum days is something I will never forget, and I am endlessly grateful for her.

As a first time mum, it was quite a challenge finding the right person to invite into our home to take care of our baby. It had to be done because I needed help and REST! We met Courtney through a colleague of hers (also a Newborn care specialist/newborn RN) who was referred by my OB-Gyn, and she was a Godsend 💜. She helped me feel comfortable resting, took care of baby cleaning bottles, feeding, laundry, and would bathe him if needed. She left detailed notes and would offer me great advice whenever I had questions. She was also flexible with her hours which was great. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED that she’d go straight to the sink and wash her hands before picking baby. I could go on (trust me lol) many pages long, but in a nutshell Courtney was fantastic! We were rest assured our angel was being loved on and cared for (even when we’d hear him fuss). Every one of my family and friends that met her, loved her too. We definitely miss her and grateful to have had her with us.
