Hi, I’m Angelique — a birth doula, childcare professional, and mama with a deep passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe birth is one of the most transformative seasons in a woman’s life, and every mother deserves to feel heard, informed, supported, and cared for throughout the journey. My role as your doula is to provide calm, compassionate, judgment-free support while helping you feel confident in your choices and connected to your birth experience. My philosophy centers around education, advocacy, emotional support, and creating a peaceful environment where families can feel safe and empowered. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean, hospital birth, or home birth, I believe there is no “one right way” to give birth — only the way that feels right for you. I support parents by offering evidence-based education, comfort measures, encouragement, partner support, and a grounding presence throughout labor and postpartum. I value gentle, family-centered care and strive to help parents enter this new chapter feeling strengthened, supported, and deeply seen.

Angelique is amazing. The amount of support during my postpartum journey has been phenomenal! The prayers, the amount of phone calls I’ve made constantly since my daughter is my first child and all of the information given has made me at ease in my mind and heart. She is super knowledgeable on ALL things baby and postpartum. She made time to come visit me in person as well to make sure my wellbeing was in good shape! Thank you for everything!

Angelique is amazing ! I had a home birth she really took care of me she would coach my breathing and made sure to offer me snacks and water throughout my labor she even applied chapstick on my lips and made sure the cloth was cold always to place on my head since I would get so hot during contractions . She took care of everything! My home birth did end in a hospital transfer due to my baby born with a complication. Angelique had the birth plan on hand incase this situation were to come in this case it did . She grabbed clothes for me and a few items from our house before heading to the hospital to follow us . These things I didn’t even think about because I had no hospital bag packed , she basically packed for me. She also made sure to take my placenta from the hospital and took it to immediately get it encapsulated( she had someone come pick it up ) I had to deliver the placenta at the hospital . There’s so much more that I can say she was very supportive and still is she checks up on us once in a while .

After going back and forth about using a doula, my husband and I are SO glad we crossed paths with Angelique. We felt so educated and informed about our birthing options, positions, and pain management techniques as we prepped for baby number two. Angelique was a joy to work with. She was considerate of our choices while offering options. During delivery, she stayed with us the whole time (all 12+ hours) offering support and assistance as needed. It was a great experience and I'm so glad she was on our team.
