Hi! I'm a postpartum doula building on a lifetime of loving babies and littles. Beginning with babysitting as a young teen, my fascination with and delight in tiny humans has fueled much of my volunteer and ministry work over the years. Now that I'm mom to 3 pretty incredible young adults, I was thrilled to find the field of postpartum doula work that is such a natural fit! I did my CAPPA training in May 2024, and completed the certification process in June 2025. What a gift and honor it is to be invited into a client’s home and to support and encourage new families as they make the transition to adding a new little person to their mix! Remembering so well how it feels to be a new mom, I love to help make life as easy as I can during this sweet and exhausting time! Cedar Park has been home for 11 years. It’s an amazing feeling to know that a new bundle of joy has entered the world and that I had the opportunity to be a part of it! While my years working in the hospital provided great learning experiences, I realized that my passion lies with mothers and newborns in their home environment. I decided to complete my training as a Certified Postpartum Doula, and have been able to support families with lactation support, early sleep training, soothing techniques, feeding schedules and all that postpartum brings for the last two years.
