About me

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I am a postpartum doula serving North Austin and the surrounding areas. I have a background in psychology and nannying, and I currently work as a postpartum nurse caring for mothers and newborns in a hospital. While I value the medical care provided in the hospital setting, I believe that postpartum support in the comfort of one's own home is where true healing, confidence, and family integration can flourish. My passion is helping mothers feel nurtured, supported, and cared for during the fourth trimester. My goal is to create a calm and grounded space for families seeking extra hands on support with newborn care, feeding assistance, light household tasks, meal preparation, and emotional support as they adjust to life with a new baby. When I'm not working, you can find me reading, spending time outdoors, and enjoying nature. I am honored to walk alongside families during this transformative season and provide compassionate, personalized care every step of the way :).

Service introduction
