Hello! I am a certified Rocky Mountain birth doula and GentleBirth instructor, with additional training in fertility and pregnancy and infant loss. My passion has always been supporting families, especially during times of transition and transformation. I truly believe in the power of a strong support system. As we work together, I will ensure you feel heard and respected, understand all of your options, and have tools to enrich your unique birth experience.

I was lucky enough to have Ann as my doula during the pregnancy and delivery of my son. As a first time Mom, I was feeling nervous and overwhelmed with the thought of birth. Ann walked me through the process, discussed the choices I had, and put my mind at ease knowing that she was going to be there to support me. During my labor, Ann was so gentle and a calming force when I needed it most. She answered questions when I asked, advocated for me to the hospital staff, and encouraged my partner to support me in helpful ways. She was an incredible part of my birth story and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
