Through our team, we provide compassionate, personalized care that honors each family’s needs, values, and birth experience. If you are considering Doula care for your birth and post partum experience, absolutely do it! I was recommended by my midwife to consider Doula birth support with Liz, and I am forever grateful for our paths crossing. Choosing Anna as my doula was the best decision I made for my birthing experience. Her continuous support during my 42-hour labor, including my unexpected c-section, was remarkable. This is our go to clinic for a variety of services. Everyone is amazing. We've had doula support, which became especially important when we lost a baby at 15 weeks of pregnancy. Anna is incomparable. We also have experienced counselling, yoga and so much more! Also the swag is pretty great. Cannot recommend enough!

Tamara has been fantastic to work with. We’ve been working on and off since I went through my infant loss. Anna was our doula and supported us during my pregnancy and delivery. She was professional, punctual and kind. It was comforting to have someone there, in such a novel situation, who was so knowledgeable and supportive - a reliable person who is on your side. She is easy to talk to, non-judgmental and does not push any particular agenda. I was much more prepared for the early days of having a newborn than I would have been without her, including confidence/success with breastfeeding. She was my hypnobirthing coach, doula, Reiki therapist, and interwoven into all of those roles, a counselor, advocate, support person, reflexologist and friend. From the first day I met Anna I could tell she was a kind, caring and compassionate soul. I hired her for my recent delivery as a surrogate mother and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Nothing about the end of my pregnancy went smoothly. Anna was there every step of the way to offer support and remind me I was strong enough to get through every hurdle. She even offered a welcomed distraction of playing cards during the hours waiting around at the hospital for my induction to begin!
