Significant life shifts are rarely meant to be carried alone. Pregnancy and birth are transformative and sacred. You deserve to be heard, supported and advocated for during this amazing phase of life and I would be honoured to be a part of that journey. As an inclusive and non-judgemental mother of two, I am currently a certifying Birth Doula through Doula Training Canada. Having a doula at my second birth changed my world, so much that it inspired me to be that kind of support person for others! I'm very passionate about providing a safe and informed support for your pregnancy and birth experience whether it be in hospital, at home or a birthing center. Your values and wishes will be respected and endorsed. I look forward to connecting with you!

I believe every family deserves the support they need. That’s I offer flexible options to fit your unique situation. Whether you’re looking for a custom-designed package, one-time visits, or à la carte services, i've got you covered. I understand that financial circumstances vary, which is why I provide payment plans, sliding scales, and sometimes I'm even able to offer pro bono services. My goal is to work with all families to ensure they receive the care they deserve during this special time.

Birth Support Package
2 prenatal visit (2 hours each) On call 3 weeks from your due date Support throughout your labour and delivery including 1-3 hours post delivery Support via e-mail, text and telephone throughout your pregnancy and 8 weeks postpartum 2 postpartum (8 hours total) postpartum shift is a minimum of 3 hours of support Your Choice of 1 extra prenatal visit (2hrs) or a postpartum visit (3hrs)

First 24 hours
Bringing your baby home is a joyful yet overwhelming experience. Let me ease the transition with the special “First Day Home” package designed to give you and your family peace of mind during the critical first 24 hours. Start your journey as a family with confidence and the support you deserve. This package includes: 6 hours of daytime doula support to help you settle in, provide guidance on newborn care, assist with feeding, and offer emotional support. (Valued at $240) 1 overnight shift (8 hours) where a caring doula will provide restful support, so you can sleep, knowing your baby is in good hands. (Valued at $405)
