Hi, my name is Caitlin. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula and the heart behind Nurtured Nest Doula Services. I’m based in Durham Region and proudly support families across the GTA, Clarington, and Northumberland County. As a mom of four, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of birth, from two c-sections to unmedicated labour and even a home birth. Each of these experiences has deepened my belief that every birthing person deserves to feel informed, empowered, and genuinely supported as they bring their baby into the world. I provide hands-on, evidence-based care through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, my role is to walk beside you with compassion, reliable information, and unwavering support. At Nurtured Nest, my mission is to help you feel confident in your choices, connected to your body, and fully supported, no matter what your path looks like. You deserve a birth and postpartum experience that feels safe, respected, and nurtured.

As your birth doula, I offer continuous, holistic support that brings calm, confidence, and connection throughout pregnancy and into your birthing space. My role is to help you feel informed, safe, and deeply supported as you move through each stage of labour.

Postpartum- The Cozy Nest

My care is family-centered, providing emotional support, practical help, and guidance that nurtures connection and confidence. Whether you need hands-on assistance, care for older siblings, or support for your partner as they navigate new parenthood, I’m here to hold space for your family with a calm, steady presence. The Cozy Nest – 8 hours · $300 Short-term support to bring rest and comfort in those early days at home.
