For fourteen years, my life’s work has centered around caring for babies, young children, and growing families. That deep foundation in early childhood and family care naturally guided me to birth work, where I support families through one of life’s most transformative transitions. As a certified birth doula currently completing my postpartum doula training, my practice is rooted in a holistic, child and parent centered approach that honors the natural rhythm, wisdom, and intuition of the birth and postpartum experience. I believe in creating a calm, grounded, and sacred space where parents feel genuinely heard, nourished, and empowered. Integrating mindfulness, gentle presence, and practical holistic care, I offer steady, non-judgmental guidance as you navigate bringing new life into the world and settling into those tender early weeks. Whether we’re preparing for birth or settling into the quiet postpartum sanctuary, my heart is in helping your family feel peaceful, connected, and deeply supported.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

Birth Doula Support ($300-$700) Continuous, grounded support for your pregnancy and birth. Postpartum Doula Care ($25-$30) Mindful, hands-on support during the fourth trimester. Includes mother recovery, light meal prep/tidying, gentle newborn care, and feeding guidance to help your home feel like a peaceful sanctuary. Night Nanny & Overnight Care ($30-$35 or flat rate of $250-$300 a night) Sleep deeply while your baby is in expert hands. Drawing on 14 years of professional infant care, I handle night feedings, soothing, diaper changes so you can rest. *Doula services are currently discounted as I'm building my portfolio and gaining experience.
