I support families through education, emotional and physical comfort, breathing techniques, movement and positioning, and guidance to help them feel confident making informed decisions. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and cared for as you welcome your baby. I speak English, Punjabi, and Urdu, and I love being able to connect with families from different backgrounds and cultures.
