Hi, I’m Jennifer—a midwife, doula, and childbirth educator with nearly 1,000 births attended and a heart for serving families. I’m passionate about helping parents feel supported, informed, and empowered through every stage of the childbearing journey. When I’m not catching babies, you’ll find me chasing my kids, gardening, or hiking with my husband. I believe birth is sacred, families matter deeply, and that every journey deserves compassionate, evidence-based care.

Essential Birth Package

Essential Birth Package Designed for families seeking compassionate, continuous support throughout pregnancy and birth. Includes: * Complimentary consultation * Two prenatal visits * Birth preferences planning * Evidence-based education and resources * Personalized phone and text support throughout pregnancy during support hours * On-call beginning at 38 weeks until birth * Continuous labor and birth support * Immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours after birth) * One postpartum follow-up visit Communication & Availability * Routine phone and text support is available during established support hours. * Once your on-call period begins, your doula is available after hours for signs of labor and time-sensitive birth concerns. * Medical concerns should always be directed to your healthcare provider or emergency services.

Haven Birth Community was founded by a Certified Professional Midwife with years of experience caring for families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. After witnessing firsthand how transformative compassionate, knowledgeable support can be, we created an agency dedicated to providing exceptional doulas and newborn care professionals who share that same philosophy. Every member of our team is carefully selected not only for their experience and professionalism, but for their ability to provide calm, evidence-based, family-centered care. As a military family we understand the unique challenges that come with deployment, relocation, and being far from home.
