Hi, I’m Jennifer—a midwife, doula, and childbirth educator with nearly 1,000 births attended and a heart for serving families. I’m passionate about helping parents feel supported, informed, and empowered through every stage of the childbearing journey. When I’m not catching babies, you’ll find me chasing my kids, gardening, or hiking with my husband. I believe birth is sacred, families matter deeply, and that every journey deserves compassionate, evidence-based care.

We offer doula support, and childbirth education grounded in evidence-based practices and delivered with compassion. Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or adding to your growing family, our goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and truly seen throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Haven Birth Community was founded by a Certified Professional Midwife with years of experience caring for families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. After witnessing firsthand how transformative compassionate, knowledgeable support can be, we created an agency dedicated to providing exceptional doulas and newborn care professionals who share that same philosophy. Every member of our team is carefully selected not only for their experience and professionalism, but for their ability to provide calm, evidence-based, family-centered care. When you choose Haven Birth Community, you’re choosing a team led by someone who understands birth from both a clinical and deeply personal perspective—and who believes every family deserves to feel supported, respected, and never alone. As a military family we understand the unique challenges that come with deployment, relocation, and being far from home. We’re especially honored to serve military families, offering special pricing as our way of giving back.
