We had a wonderful experience with our doula during our son’s birth. From the very beginning, she was extremely attentive, caring, and professional at all times. One thing that really stood out to us was her attention to hygiene — every time she arrived at our home, she would change into her professional outfit, which gave us an even greater sense of safety and trust. In addition, she was always very loving with our son, treating him with such special care that made a huge difference for us. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge in everything she did, guiding us with confidence and calmness. We fully trusted her throughout the entire process. Even before the birth, she provided us with a complete course, patiently teaching us how to care for our baby — from bathing and diaper changing to helping him sleep.
