My 5 session mom rage package offers 1:1 support to help moms tackle mom rage once and for all. You promised yourself that tomorrow would be different, yet here you are. You've never been an angry person, but you need some help. Together we'll understand your triggers and overstimulation, identify your needs, create tangible skills to help practice emotional regulation, work on repairing trust, and create a plan to tackle future challenges.

What to expect

I offer online therapy and coaching sessions for moms. The convenience of online services means you can get support from the comfort of your favorite leggings while sitting on your couch. Your baby is always welcome in sessions as needed as well. I offer my clients tangible skills, strategies and information to help transform their lives and give them the space to begin enjoying life and motherhood, not just surviving it.
