Hi! I'm Ariadna, but you can call me Ari! I'm a ProDoula Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula (CD-PIC), a mother of two, and someone who genuinely enjoys caring for newborns and supporting families during those precious early months. I specialize in overnight postpartum care, helping parents get the rest they need while knowing their little ones are in loving, capable hands. I have hands-on experience providing overnight newborn care for families, along with CPR certification and additional training in safe sleep and infant safety. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where parents feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. I'm based in Franklin, Tennessee, and serve families throughout Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, and surrounding areas. Overnight Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care As a ProDoula Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula (CD-PIC), I provide compassionate, attentive overnight newborn care to help families feel supported and well-rested during the early months of parenthood. My overnight services include: Bottle feeding and breast milk handling according to family preferences Diaper changes, soothing, and settling newborns back to sleep Following safe sleep practices Cleaning and sanitizing bottles and pump parts Light baby-related household tasks, including infant laundry Providing reassurance, guidance, and overnight updates to parents I welcome families with single newborns and twins, tailoring my care to each family's unique needs, preferences, and routines. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where parents can rest and recover, knowing their little ones are receiving attentive, dependable care. I offer overnight support in Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding Nashville communities, with shifts beginning at 9 PM or later.

What does an overnight postpartum doula do?

An overnight postpartum doula provides newborn care and practical support so parents can rest and recover. My services include feeding, diaper changes, soothing, following safe sleep practices, bottle and pump-part cleaning, and light baby-related household tasks.

What hours are you available?

I offer overnight shifts beginning at 9 PM or later. Families can choose between 8-hour and 10-hour packages, depending on their needs and my availability.

Are you certified and CPR trained?

Yes! I am a ProDoula Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula (CD-PIC) with current CPR certification. I have also completed additional training in infant safe sleep and Shaken Baby Syndrome prevention.

What areas do you serve?

I'm based in Franklin, Tennessee, and serve families in Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding Nashville communities, generally within a 30–35-minute drive. Availability for locations farther away can be discussed individually.

Will you remain awake throughout the entire overnight shift?

My overnight postpartum doula services are not awake-only care. When your baby is safely sleeping and all newborn-related responsibilities are completed, I may rest during quiet periods. I remain available to respond to your baby's needs throughout the night, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing. A safe, designated resting space is requested during overnight shifts. Any rest arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, with infant safety remaining the priority.
