I’m Elissa – a wife, mother, author, writer, and postpartum professional. As a postpartum doula and mentor, I work with parents before and after welcoming baby into their lives. Society pushes a lot of opinions onto new parents about how they should care for their newborn. I get to empower them to become the parents they want to be.

Service introduction

I provide two virtual services: Postpartum Prep and Postpartum Mentoring. There are a lot of unknowns when you’re expecting a baby. With Postpartum Prep, we cover all that you might experience in the fourth trimester so you feel confident and prepared to bring baby home. Becoming a mom is not always easy and intuitive. With Postpartum Mentoring, we work together to ditch the guilt and enjoy the fourth trimester.
