Hi There! I'm Arianna Crews and I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist and night nanny servicing Cincinnati, Ohio. With a background in early childhood development I have always been fascinated by how the infant and child mind works and grows. I began my professional childcare career in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, so working under pressure is very familiar to me. Within my practice I aim to curate an environment where new and seasoned parents alike feel comfortable and confident in their abilities, but also have the courage to ask questions! In my day to day life I love all things creative, language learning, and music. A quick fun fact about me: I have loved anime and manga since I was a kid, and I love going to anime conventions!

This package includes 10 hours of overnight newborn care and help with postpartum duties such as washing and sanitizing bottles/pump parts, folding and putting away baby laundry, etc.

What to expect

Hello! My name is Arianna Crews and I'm a newborn care specialist and newborn nanny in the Cincinnati/NK area. Although I have been working with children for a little over seven years, two years ago I made the decision to specialize in newborn and infant care. Since then I have become a certified NCS and infant nanny. I provide overnight newborn care and will be adding labor and postpartum doula services as well. Do I need a contract?

Yes. Contracts are a way to ensure that both parties are on the same page about what kind of duties and care are being provided. After being finalized we will each get a printed copy so that we can reference it if need be!

How long are contracts?

Length of contract is completely up to the family's discretion! They can range anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. Most are typically for a 12 week length of time as baby is slowly starting to move into a more solid sleep schedule.
