About Faith

Hi, I’m Faith! I provide compassionate postpartum and overnight newborn support to families throughout the Dayton area. With a healthcare background, NICU volunteer experience, and extensive hands-on experience caring for newborns and twins, I’m comfortable independently managing overnight care while helping parents get the rest they need during the postpartum period. My overnight support can include bottle preparation and feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing and settling, safe sleep routines, washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts, tracking feeds/diapers/sleep, and light newborn-related tidying. I have particular experience with twins and multiples and am comfortable tandem feeding and caring for two infants throughout the night. As I expand my services into postpartum doula care, my goal is to support not only baby, but the entire family during the transition home. I provide nonjudgmental, parent-directed support and am happy to work alongside each family’s preferred feeding, sleep, and newborn-care routines. I primarily offer overnight support and recurring postpartum arrangements, with limited daytime availability. I would love to connect with families looking for reliable, experienced support during those first weeks and months at home. Inclusive & culturally sensitive care: I warmly welcome families of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, ethnicities, and family structures. I respect each family’s individual values, postpartum traditions, and newborn-care preferences and tailor my support accordingly. I hired Faith to be a night nanny for my newborn twins. Immediately I was very impressed by Faith's responsiveness and previous experience with overnight care for twins, as synchronized feeding and sleeping is essential. She arrived right on time and was so personable and easy to get to know, which made me feel more comfortable with having her take care of everything while I got some rest. She knew how to feed the twins using our Twin Z pillow and the importance of burping them and getting them back in their cribs to continue sleeping. She took great notes that were well organized and ready to share with me at the end of her shift. She also cleaned the used bottles and made sure everything was tidied in the nursery. I highly recommend her to anyone needing night nanny services, especially those with newborn twins/multiples.

Frequently asked questions

What happens during an overnight shift?

I take over your baby’s nighttime care so you can get restorative sleep. Depending on your family’s needs, this may include feeding, bottle preparation, burping, diaper changes, soothing, settling, sleep tracking, bottle/pump-part washing, and light newborn-related tidying.

Do you work with twins or multiples?

Yes! Twins and multiples are one of my specialties. I have extensive hands-on experience independently caring for twins overnight, including tandem feeding, diapering, soothing, settling, and coordinating sleep routines.

Do you provide sleep training?

I provide sleep support tailored to the baby's age and the family's preferences. With younger newborns, I focus on sleep shaping and establishing strong sleep foundations. More structured sleep support can be introduced when developmentally appropriate and with parental involvement.
