I am a birth and bereavement doula located in the Blue Ridge mountains of NC. My philosophy of birth is that it is a natural, normal process. My heart’s desire is to support women as they go through pregnancy and birth, to empower them to have the best experience possible.

I’m here to change how we view pregnancy after infertility or loss. I look at this mission in a couple of unique ways — by sitting with women who have experienced loss, by encouraging them as they try to conceive again, and by supporting them once they are pregnant again. I lost my first baby in January of 2021, have been struggling to get pregnant again, and have made it my goal to provide moms with the support that I wish I’d had. I’m a certified birth and bereavement doula. But more than that, I am a passionate loss mom with a heart for other mothers — no matter what stage they are in on their journey to motherhood.
