Ashley of Braid Birth and Body is a certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator, herbalist, certified yoga and meditation instructor, trained doula, and an NRP certified birth assistant with a certificate in perinatal mood disorders. She is a passionate educator and an award-winning entrepreneur with a creative soul and background in cultural and critical theory. Ashley’s mission is to provide evidence-based education, holistic support, and comprehensive resources for parents and babies. Her goal as an educator is to empower parents by offering them a unique combination of learning and support through radical inclusivity, thoughtful discussion and most of all fun!
