About me

I am a L&D and mother/baby nurse (LDRP) with 10+ years experience who wanted care for clients outside of the hospital after seeing the need in my local area. I have been doing postpartum doula work since January 2024, and have started taking on childbirth ed and labor clients as well. I also have a team of other birth center nurses who assist with postpartum care as well. I believe in a healthy relationship with the medical providers, while also advocating for your specific wants and needs. For labor, my experience has been as an RN for 10+ years with both high risk pregnancies, low risk, every intervention known to man, and as natural as Mother Nature made it. I’m certified in inpatient obstetrics and fetal monitoring (RNC-OB, C-EFM).

Service introduction

Postpartum doula/newborn care services are our specialty. We offer both daytime and overnight hours, with majority of our families requesting overnight. I also do childbirth ed and labor doula services for 1-2 families a month. This is hospital dependent- Northern Dutchess Hospital is always covered. Any other hospital/home is selected by due date and my availability.

Packages
Overnight doula/newborn care
8 hours overnight from 10pm-6am. $500/8 hours. Additional hours can be purchased for a price of $250/4 hours. Travel fee of $50 if over 20 miles/30 minutes from Kingston, NY. No minimum night requirement- this can be a one night fill in, or we can set up a set number of nights a week.

All in one childbirth ed, labor doula and 8-12 weeks overnight postpartum doula
One stop shop for all of your third and fourth trimester needs. This package includes private childbirth ed in your own home over the course of 3-4 sessions, or more if required. I am then on call for 24/7 for your birth from week 38+. After you deliver, I will come for 8 hour overnight shifts for the following 8-12 weeks. (4 nights/week for 8 weeks OR 3 nights/week for 12 weeks) *additional overnight shifts can be purchased if desired* Travel fee of $50 added if over 20 miles/30 minutes from Kingston, NY.
