About me

The dream is to empower YOU to advocate for YOURSELF. No one knows your body like you do. No one knows your baby like you do. I do the work, the research so that you go into birth fully prepared to make the birth you crave, happen! I also so fully believe that everyone, and I mean everyone… deserves this. So if we need to talk about pricing and/or a payment plan to make it happen. Please please bring that up.

Because all pregnancies and birth are different, and each momma will have unique needs I am committed to tailoring my services to fit those needs. Along with pictures I take during labor and delivery, a written account of your entire experience, and an invoice for getting insurance reimbursement.

Having a doula for the birth of my son was the best decision I could have made. This was my first baby which of course comes with its own unique fears and excitements. Ashley was excellent at calming those fears and encouraging those excitements. I never knew how important it was to have someone be an advocate while pregnant, through delivery, and postpartum. Ashley is extremely compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable when it comes to babies, carrying them and delivering them. I asked her so many questions and she always had an answer, she would still continue to do research to make sure I had all the information I needed. She believes strongly in the ability of moms and I needed that to keep me going. She was my biggest cheerleader from the day I told her I was pregnant, to my first drops of colostrum, to ending up getting an epidural and to even now when tell her about our good and bad days. Everyone should have a doula, and especially so when you want to do things as natural as possible. If you believe God made you to do this, then you should have Ashley by your side and in your corner.
