I am a mother of four and sister to seven. I have lived in the Seattle area for 15 years and I’m still surprised at the number of surfaces covered in large quantities of moss. I am a DONA trained and certified Birth Doula through both DONA and PALS. I bring my excitement and expertise to your birth, as well as my humor and deep sense of awe. It is my privilege to help you welcome a new member of your family.

Two Prenatal Visits - To help us connect and refine how I can best support you Research Assistance - Resources to continue your dialogue with your care provider for any questions you have about your baby and your body throughout your pregnancy On Call Support 24/7 - I will be available two weeks before your due date and until the birth by phone, email, and text Continuous Labor Support - customized to your preferences, with my training and experience Postpartum Visits - to process your birth, help with feeding and sleeping, or referrals for further care and support.

You can be confident as you navigate your birth and postpartum with my support. The birth of your baby is an opportunity to utilize all your sources of advice and education to create your own unique path and experience. As your experienced guide, I can help you physically, mentally, and emotionally as your birth unfolds. My ability to observe and provide what you need in the moment is my strength. It is my great privilege to support you and your choices as your family grows.
