i really wanted a at home birth, but if not i would prefer to give birth at st. charles. I dont want any medication that isnt necessary i want skin to skin if possible for both me and the dad.

Just looking into what my options are. I am giving birth at Vassar hospital.

I plan on an unmedicated vbac birth in Salina’s hospital, I will need to be able to use my insurance as payment, I would like it to be intermittent monitoring, no pain meds or any meds to push labor along id like to do it as naturally as possible, I want to wait till the cords completely white to clamp and cut, I would like to have my golden hour with my baby, I do not want baby cleaned off or bathed after birth. I just want a peaceful, bonding, birth.

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I have an OBGYN but im looking into a doula as well. I want to do my deliver unmedicated as much as possible.

First time mom at 39. Was a complete surprise as I wasn’t sure i could have children. We plan to give birth at Bryan East in Lincoln Ne. I need all the help and suggestions possible. I have high anxiety and pretty nervous about the birth. I know I want a calm setting so whatever can be done to help with that. We plan on giving birth at the hospital as it is our first and I found out I have gestational diabetes. We don't know what to expect for budgeting for a doula, we're hoping to have someone who's fully authorized and certified with Tricare for direct billing. Natural birth, hopefully unmedicated, lots of movement, and showers hopefully helping with the pain. I'm really wanting to try to deliver vaginally, but I'm nervous about my size and pain management.
