There's something significant about walking alongside someone during one of the most vulnerable and powerful moments of their life. I’m passionate about creating a calm, safe space for moms to feel seen, heard, and cared for. Do you assist with unassisted or "free" births?

No. While I fully respect each family's birth choices, I do not attend unassisted or free births where no medical provider is present. My role as a doula is to offer support alongside your chosen healthcare team to help ensure a safe and supported experience.
