What I Offer as Your Doula Sis: I got you from start to finish, sis. I offer birth support—before, during, and after baby arrives. That means: • Prenatal Support: Real talk, prep sessions, birth planning, and emotional check-ins. • Labor + Birth Support: I’ll be by your side, holding space, keeping you grounded, and making sure your voice is heard. • Postpartum Care: Helping you rest, heal, and adjust—with love, guidance, and no judgment.
