Hello! I am planning on giving birth at Fresno Kaiser Permanente. Looking for a doula who accepts Kaiser insurance and this is my first pregnancy. As for my birth plan, I am planning for a vaginal delivery (if possible!), epidural and breathing techniques for pain management. For Delivery room atmosphere music is a must and dim lights. For delivery methods lying on back or squatting, whatever is beneficial. Skin to skin contact for sure and planning on breast feeding. I would love to give birth at home but I think we'll end up delivering in a hospital (IVF concerns). That being said, the goal is a completely unmedicated birth.
