We plan to give birth at hospital. Need support during birth with relaxation, exercises, breathing etc along the journey from contraction to childbirth.

I plan to give birth in the hospital. I want to attempt unmedicated. I’m wanting to find a doula that is covered by my insurance. I do not have a birth plan at all but would like some guidance in making one.

I am located in Fremont and am looking for a labor/delivery as well as postpartum doula to help in the later afternoon/evening time frame. This will be our second child and could use the help to watch our second child during the time we spend with our firstborn. I will be delivering at San Leandro Kaiser and am using Kaiser’s doula benefit for around a week or two post Partum.

I would like an in home birth. Never done it before. Hoping for guidance.

I’m an FTM with some anxiety around labor. I am giving birth at Banner Thunderbird Hospital with my husband as my birth partner.

I plan to deliver at Stanford ValleyCare hospital in Pleasanton. This is my second pregnancy. My estimated budget is $3,000. Mostly looking for birthing support especially since I have anxiety that gets triggered when I don't have much control over a situation. I would like to labor for as long as possible without medication. For my first delivery I labored naturally until I was 8 cm dilated before I chose to get an epidural. I may need postpartum doula support, especially with breastfeeding, since it was a struggle the first time around. A night nanny may also be needed since I have mental health issues that become exacerbated with lack of sleep.
