My husband and I are looking for a birth Duola and a post-partum Duola. We live in Fraser, Co but plan to give birth in Denver likely at St. Josephs. We want someone to help us navigate building a plan around us living almost 2 hours from the hospital and would also like someone post-partum to help with a couple of overnights each week for the first few weeks after birth.

I am expecting my first baby after 5 years of infertility/IVF and a previous miscarriage. I will most likely require a planned C section due to previous fibroid removal surgeries. I am interested in a doula that has experience with C section that can help me prepare for pre and post needs.

I plan on having a home birth in Lander, Wy. I'm looking for visual appointments leading up to the due date, and then a midwife for the delivery to preform stiches and newborn care. My budget is open, however I prefer it to be closer to $3k then $5k out of pocket costs. I have Bluecross Bluesheild Insurance.

My hope is to feel calm, empowered, and truly supported throughout labor and postpartum, and to create a beautiful birth experience.
