I'm planning on giving birth in a hospital. Our budget is $1800. I don't have a birthplan yet because it's so early and also I think I need to reevaluate from #1. This is baby #2 for us.

Giving birth in a hospital. Worried about money. Unmedicated birth plan.

Ideally I’d like to have my baby at a birth center but a hospital is fine. My husband is the type to freeze and not help where I need it most, so I need a doula to do a lot of the physical help and support. This is my second pregnancy. My first time was a very traumatic experience, and I’m just trying to do things differently so the outcome is pleasant and healing. I’m not rich, I’d like to see what the cheapest is. I want to have an unmediated birth ideally, Worship Music, tub, movement, aromatherapy, delayed cord clamping- having baby and placenta delivered and wait until all blood flow has transferred before clamping. No bath for baby.

To have an un medicated birth , ideally a holistic faith based mindset that can help advocate for myself and fiancé at the hospital or my dream a birthing center
