I am looking for a female-only birth doula for a hospital birth in Denver this April. My budget is approximately $1,500–$2,500 (to be reimbursed via Maven Wallet). My goal is a supportive, calm environment where I can receive an epidural for pain management but avoid medical induction unless absolutely necessary. I am looking for a doula who is an expert in 'epidural positioning' to keep labor progressing and can suggest specific techniques or precautions to help me avoid tearing. My partner will be my primary support, and I do not want any men in the room other than him. I value a 'hands-off' approach to the second stage of labor; I prefer to avoid forced or coached pushing and instead want to wait until I feel the urge (laboring down). Post-birth, I am prioritizing delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin, and ensuring the baby does not leave the room for routine assessments.

I am looking for a doula, post partum doula, and any other support my insurance covers. We plan to give birth at Kaiser Sunnyside. I have to use my kaiser TRAD HMO MEDICAL insurance. And I would love support creating a birth plan. Some things I know I want is pain medicine, being able to move during delivery, and delayed cord clamping. My husband and I both have ADHD and are highly intelligent. We would love someone pretty intelligent, but also someone that can read the room as I can become overstimulated with pain. We have 6 cats.

First time mom looking for support through prenatal prep, birth and postpartum.

I am currently a surrogate for a gay couple, so someone comfortable with and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community is a must. This is my second pregnancy, but my first was in 2014 when I was only 19/20 years old, so I feel like I’m doing this all for the first time. I’d like to attempt as natural and intervention-free delivery as I can (but I am not fully against an epidural if truly needed). The plan is to deliver at Providence Newberg, unless something suggests that baby might need to be close to the NICU, in which case we would deliver at Providence Saint Vincent. We will be delivering @ Rose Medical in Denver. We are looking forward to a doula and a lactation consultant that are covered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Our hope for a doula is someone who can help support us as we are going to try to give birth unmedicated and would like to avoid interventions if possible. However, #1 is, of course, whatever needs to happen to keep me and the baby safe is priority. Even if it goes against my preferences. We just want someone to help support my husband and I as this is our first child. As far as a lactation consultant, we were hoping for support with breast feeding once we are at home with the baby.

We’re doing a hospital birth, but haven’t decided on medication. Our est. budget is around 2000. We’re hoping for someone experienced and patient with first time parents that also has knowledge or access to a network that can consult on lactation, night nanny services, etc. Insurance is BlueCross BlueShield Anthem.

Legacy Meridian Park is where I’ll be giving birth although I live in happy valley. Due 2/12/26 Our budget is very low. As cheap/flexible as possible. Possibly accepts Aetna health insurance. I’d like an unmedicated birth unless absolutely necessary. I don’t want any unnecessary vaccinations either.
