It is important to me that i choose my birth plan and we stick to it as long as baby and i are progressing healthily. I love midwifes and doulas and im so excited to have my own journey and birth team. I plan to use insurance i currently have Molina apple health washington but i am willing to switch.

I prefer to move around freely during labor and try different pushing positions. I do not want coached or forced pushing and would like to follow my body’s natural urges. I would also like to eat and drink freely during labor. Medical Preferences: I prefer limited cervical checks and would like to avoid an epidural unless it becomes medically necessary. Delivery & Immediately After Birth: I would like delayed cord clamping until the cord turns white. I want immediate skin-to-skin contact after birth.
