Hi, I’m Beatriz! I’m a Brazilian Postpartum Doula with over 9 years of experience supporting families during the beautiful and sometimes challenging transition into life with a new baby. Originally from Brazil, I bring a warm, nurturing, and family-centered approach to my work. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for families with singletons, twins, and premature babies. I understand that every family, every birth, and every postpartum journey is unique, and I tailor my support to meet each family’s individual needs. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing, and supportive environment where parents can rest, recover, and feel confident as they adjust to their new routine. I provide attentive newborn care, guidance, and emotional support, always respecting each family’s preferences, values, and parenting style. I truly believe that when a new baby arrives, parents deserve to be cared for too. What to expect

I provide compassionate, personalized daytime postpartum support to help families feel cared for, confident, and supported as they adjust to life with their new baby. With over 9 years of experience, I have had the privilege of caring for singletons, twins, and premature babies, and I tailor my support to meet the unique needs, preferences, and routines of each family. My daytime postpartum services include newborn care, feeding support, soothing and settling techniques, guidance with newborn routines, and light baby-related tasks. I’m also there to give parents the opportunity to rest, recover, shower, enjoy a meal, or simply have a little time for themselves knowing their baby is in experienced and loving hands. My goal is to bring a calm, nurturing presence into your home while helping you feel supported and confident as you navigate this beautiful new chapter.
