19 and having my first kid. Dont have the right living conditions for at home birth but do not want to do it in the doctor's office. Natural holistic birth plan

1. I plan to give birth in the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Fontana, Southern California. 2. I believe that my insurance plan covers twelve doula visits, or something comparable, as well as support during the birth. 3. I am very anxious and averse to pain, so I plan to get an epidural as soon as I need one. I do not want to give birth without an epidural. I have some complicating factors, such as a possible bicornate uterus, and a marginal cord inserton (<1cm). I am not averse to a C-section if it is medically necessary.
