I am 4 days postpartum from an emergency c section, daughter was born 11/15. I’m a first time mom and feeling extremely overwhelmed in this new transition. I plan do give birth at a hospital. I would like to use my Anthem blue cross Prudent Byer PPO insurance. I am being induced on Dec 18th, because of placental insufficiency and growth restriction due to a Down syndrome diagnosis. I plan to get an epidural, so I am ready to go if we need a C-section. I will be 37 weeks pregnant with our first baby. I plan to have my husband and my mother in the room with me during the induction process. I would also like to breastfeed.
