Planning to give birth at St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton. I would like to have a doula support me through labor by guide through and advocating for my needs during the labor as well as supporting my partner. I would also like postpartum and lactation support after baby is born. Estimated budget is around 1,200.

Ideally would like to labor as long as possible unmedicated, but deliver vaginally with an epidural. Would like to avoid a C-section if possible. Will be requesting intermittent fetal monitoring as opposed to constant fetal monitoring. We'd like delayed cord clamping until the cord is white and not pulsating. I want the placenta to come out naturally and not be pulled out. Maximum golden hour skin to skin contact time. No circumcision if the baby is male. Provider would ideally speak fluent English and has at least several years of experience. Insurance provider is Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network.
