Originally from Northern Virginia, I now live and call North Carolina home. Maternal health has been a longtime passion of mine and the passion keeps igniting the more I study. During college, I experienced a life-changing moment while working on humanitarian efforts in Uganda, Africa with a safe house for women and children. This was further confirmation I was being led to women’s health, and specifically, a career as a doula and lactation specialist. I now practice as a certified birth and postpartum doula and lactation specialist.

I specialize in lactation support as a current certified lactation educator and a qualifying IBCLC. I love being able to tie my doula work and lactation training together to help new parents as they adjust to life with a newborn. My ultimate goal for our time together is for the birthing person to feel supported and grow in their confidence.
