Authentic U Doula is all about empowering the U within. That’s why I offer child birth education, doula services and sound healing therapy as one. I believe it’s important & It’s necessary to be aware of each importance while prepping mentally for your birth. Sound therapy is used in many medical settings today healing many of countless conditions. Sound therapy during birth can repair DNA, strengthen immune system, ground, center, relax you and baby and has the ability to heal and regulate the nervous system. I offer Sound healing as it assist in the grounding and centering needed to bring forth a birth with clarity and peace.

Mel was the best thing that happened to me my whole pregnancy…seriously! If you need help in encouragement and motivation to have a natural birth she’s there 1000% to guide you and help you push through the pain. If she wasn’t there thru my whole entire labor I probably would’ve given into epidural or any medicine. She’s also the sweetest soul and very caring. Her personality is very genuine, you can feel the love she has for being a doula and helping mommas do an all natural birth and help you get prepared. In the hospital I had a lot of negative doctors and nurses kinda pressuring me and being very unkind but Mel was my guard she stopped that negativity real quick and let me focus on my labor. Thank you again Mel for everything, you are a true blessing. She made my labor very enjoyable. She was even there right away when my water broke and stayed the whole entire time from Monday 4am all the way to Tuesday at 9pm when my angel was born🩷thank you so much Mel!!!!🤍💕
