About Bethany

Hi! I'm Bethany. I'm a wife, a mama to three little ones, and a passionate advocate for families in the beautiful and transformative journey of birth and postpartum. I am a DONA International–trained and Global Birth Community–trained Certified Birth Doula, a CCBE Certified Childbirth Educator, and Postpartum Doula. Birth is one of my greatest passions. I believe every woman should feel empowered, supported, and confident in how God beautifully designed her body to give birth. My heart is to walk alongside families with both encouragement and practical support—whether that’s during labor, postpartum recovery, or preparing for birth through education. I also guide parents in learning how to confidently communicate with their care team, ask the right questions, and advocate for themselves and their baby with clarity and peace.

For families who desire personalized preperation, confident decision-making, and continuous support throughout their birth journey. -Free consultation meeting -2 in-person training sessions where we go over EVERYTHING such as breathing techniques, massage and counter pressure, practical ways to speak to doctors and nurses to ensure you get the care you deserve, labor and delivery positions, etc. -Handouts to review what was learned in our sessions and so much more -Unlimited support through email and text -On-call support -Full physical and emotional support through labor and delivery -Initial breastfeeding support -One final in-person checkin a week after birth
