This is my first baby. I'm planning on having my baby in Princeton New Jersey. I'm looking for someone who can be attentive to me and my partner during this time as this is our first time being parents. I'm looking for someone who can help me through my labor in person.

We'd love the following: * Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not totally necessary (We want to raise our child around Spanish and English; the earlier the better) * Help with infant feeding, light housework (perhaps meal preparation? Laundry, light cleaning, etc) * Care for our newborn while we get a little sleep during the day, perhaps. A bit about us: * First-time parents, both 35. We are educators in Mercer County. * We are having a girl! * We are committed to making the postpartum process as easy as we can so that it does not become an unnecessary strain on our relationship. * I (the mom) will be having a C-section, which I know comes with a host of potential complications. Estimated budget: * We're willing to pay $35-$45 an hour.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I would like a doula to educate me on best practices during labor and birth as well as be there to advocate for me during the birthing process. As of right now I believe that I would not like the cord clamped until it is white and no longer pulsing and also that I do not want to give birth lying on my back. Budget is $1500.

I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby. I'm reaching out because I'm looking for a doula who can provide the support and advocacy I've been missing throughout my pregnancy. Unfortunately, I haven't received the prenatal care I needed for much of my pregnancy due to switching OB-GYNs and dealing with other challenges. As a result, I've often felt dismissed during appointments, and it's been difficult to feel heard or supported by my medical providers. I'm hoping to find a doula who can be a supportive presence during the remainder of my pregnancy, help me prepare for birth, and provide reassurance and advocacy during labor and delivery. Having someone in my corner who will listen, help me ask questions, and support my birth preferences would mean a great deal to me.
