I would like to have a water birth at home, be able to move and hope to be IV free as I get very irritated by it in my skin. I am open to a hospital birth as I've had one previous but wasn't happy with the outcome of my last birth. Not quite sure on budget yet.

I would like some one that is close with there faith in God. I want to do a birthing pool no medication or anything. i’m trying to do under 2,500 dollars.

Hospital or homebirth, haven't fully decided yet. I have Medicaid which reimburses doula, so I need a certified doula that is covered by Medicaid. Minimum of 5 years experience is requested. No special needs.

Birth plan- home birth, standing or water birth. Break to my lower back makes regular back birth not an option. Allergic reaction to most pain medications. 28 weeks along with my second baby. First was born at a birth center that sadly had to close down. Currently working with midwives to deliver at Einstein but would love to see if I can find midwives that offer home births and work with hospitals around Abington in case of emergency. Einstein is a bit far and I have had some frustration with them, so I’m looking for possibly changing my care team. A home birth would also make it easier navigating what to do with my toddler while giving birth. Thanks!

I just did a positive urinary test on Friday so I must be at 5 weeks. It is my second pregnancy. My first baby was delivered 2 years ago at the Birth Center in Bryn Mawr, which sadly closed a couple of months ago. I am looking for a follow up with midwives, and a birthing experience as natural as possible, but still safe (I am not sure I am ready for a birth at home even though it is something I am interested about). I know labor in bath helps a lot so I would like to have that possibility. Most hospitals don’t have bath tubs they say they have hydrotherapy but it is often “just” a shower. I am not sure I can do without epidural if I don’t have a bath tub… that is my story: I live in Malvern PA and am looking for a pregnancy follow up as well as a way to deliver the baby in a way that was close to my first great experience with the Birth Center.
