Service introduction

Offerings I provide emotional, physical, and informational birth support for home, birth center, and hospital births. Postpartum care is gentle and nourishing, focused on rest, integration, and emotional support for the whole family. My approach weaves together presence, movement, meditation, and Reiki informed energy care. Investment Birth doula support is $1,000 and includes prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, and a postpartum visit. Postpartum doula care begins at $40 per hour and is customized to your needs.

This package offers continuous, heart centered support through pregnancy and birth. I hold sacred space as you prepare for and move through labor, honoring your intuition, choices, and the wisdom of your body. *4 prenatal visits (virtual or in-person) *Personalized birth planning & guidance *On-call support from 37 weeks *Continuous labor support (comfort techniques, reiki, movement) *Immediate postpartum support (1–2 hours) *Lactation support *2 follow-up postpartum visit *Unlimited phone/text/email support
